The City of Cumberland will be conducting a free seminar regarding Landlord-Tenant Law as well as Fair Housing Regulations. Speakers at the seminar will be Jeff Hutter, President of the Associated Landlords of Cumberland (ALOC) and Darrell Lee Powell, Fair Housing Specialist for the City. After presentations there will be time allowed for questions and answers. The date for the event is August 24, 2011 and runs from 4:00 - 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers on the second floor at City Hall. The seminar is open to Landlords, Tenants and any other interested parties. Parties wishing to attend are asked to call ALOC's 24/7 number 301-759-0530 to sign up for the event.
