Tenant Watch Subscription Form Download

Fill in the subscription application completely and return to the address indicated. As soon as we receive and process it (usually only a few days) we will email you with your account number and password. If you have questions regarding the establishment of an account you can stop by TWR Communications at 549 N. Centre Street in Cumberland or call 301-777-2692 ext. 115 and talk with Pam, Kathy, Gary, Tina or Jeff for answers. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and most Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm except for recognized Holidays.

Individual ALOC Members - Form A

For current paid up ALOC individual members. An individual member is defined as a sole proprietor, husband and wife team, corporation or LLC, apartment complex or other entity that is in business solely to own and operate rental units under a single common ownership. There is no management of rentals for others.

Management Companies that are ALOC Members - Form B

For current paid up ALOC members who operate management companies. These entities manage multiple rental units for multiple property owners for a fee. The exact legal structure involved has no effect.

Individual Non-ALOC Members - Form C

For Non-ALOC individual members. An individual member is defined as a sole proprietor, husband and wife team, corporation or LLC, apartment complex or other entity that is in business solely to own and operate rental units under a single common ownership. There is no management of rentals for others.
